Who We Are

I’m so glad to have found you to repair my son’s Xbox. The customer service and quick turn around was amazing. Even as I was explaining the problem over the phone; Rod displayed confidence that Fayettville Tech Repair was experienced enough to fix it. I’d recommend your service to anyone in the area. The manager at the drop off location, Fayetteville Bakery and Cafe, was kind and eager to help. Special thanks to your whole staff.

I had an amazing experience with Fayetteville TR. They weren't expensive and repaired my laptop in a few days. The bonus is the sent a technician to pick up my laptop and returned it once it was completed. I'll definitely use them again if needed in the future. Very highly recommended!

a good job installed window 10 and it was super fast. and good price very grateful. thank you

I was very pleased with the service. My laptop works like new, and the customer service was excellent. I was informed regularly and was not over charged. I would recommend them to anyone! We will continue our service here!

The fan stopped working on my 3 year old Dell Inspiron Laptop. I called around, and this place was the most budget friendly. You just drop off your gear at the bakery in fayetteville, and the man gets to work. They were knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. They do a lot of work for charity which is great. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderfully experience with fayetteville tech repair, they fixed my Dell laptop touch screen very quick very honest staff that does excellent work the customer service is second to none I will definitely do business with fayetteville tech repair again in the near future. Thanks again! Daryl

Excellent service! My MacBook Air would not turn on. Fayetteville Tech Repair told me they could repair the motherboard instead of other places saying they would have to replace it, without even checking to see if they could repair it first. The service was done in a day. I highly recommend them! Very honest work!

So I had all the bells and whistles from Best Buy when I bought my second business laptop a dell. A year in tK owning it; it decided to commit suicide! my first move would have been to take it to a local shop; but hey that’s why I got the warranty and total tech membership from Best Buy right. So I took to Best Buy they said two weeks I should have it back because it needed a new mother board so I let them take. Two weeks later they called and said it would be 1500 for data recovery! What heck no send me my laptop back. So I got it back and brought her to Fayetteville tech repair he told he could take care of it no problem and about a week later I had my laptop back it didn’t need a mother board or the data recovered it just needed a resistor on the mother board 250 or soo and I was good to go these guys are great and if I need any thing they will be my first stop I highly recommend them. thanks

The gentleman I spoke with during the process was professional, kind, helpful but also down to earth and did not try to sell anything. Although I could not afford my extremely broken computer, he still offered to transfer the drive to a cloud so I could have access to all my files! Rachel

My computer is working great now. They were very nice and I will recommend them to others.

Needed my iMac repaired and a MacBook Pro battery replaced. Fayetteville Tech Repair handled both jobs efficiently and had them back to me within a few days. I highly recommend them.

Their service was prompt, courteous, and informative. I could talk to someone each time l called. They are reasonably priced also. At least l think so.

Amazing techs, highly recommend these guys if you got any issues

I appreciate the professionalism shown. They answered all my questions and gave me a time frame for when my computer would be picked up when I would receive a call about the problem and when I could pick up my computer and he was very consistent with all of it. He even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you so much

Very friendly and accommodating service with reasonable fees. The staff appears honest and cares about people

So, searched everywhere, landed on this place, out of the way off the beaten path… but worth the drive. Left with a working computer, and very satisfied with the communication between the company, employees, and estimates. I highly recommend!

Great work on a custom gaming laptop. I am thankful to have found them. I highly recommend!

Great and fast service. 100% recommended

Amazing business! Super friendly and especially FAST repair. I brought in a laptop with the screen completely destroyed and they had it back in perfect condition in ONE DAY! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much!!

Very Nice People, Love The Price And They Took Care Of All My Needs

Words cannot express the importance of my work computer! When I realized that my charge port was broken I went into panic mode. I knew there was no way it would hold the charge it currently had throughout the entire work day and worse, I immediately thought of the process of repair and dropping off somewhere was giving me anxiety. I googled computer repair near me and called the first business that popped up. Since they had great ratings I figured I could trust them with my baby! I cannot be more please with the professionalism and care that I received when walking into Fayetteville Tech Repair exceeded my expectation. Time, attention, concern and very pleasant experience are all the reasons any future repairs will be brought to them. THANK YOU Fayetteville Tech Repair!!!!!!!

I dropped off my daughter’s gaming laptop that she dropped and broke, it was in pretty bad shape. After dropping off, a few weeks went by and they informed me that the laptop I dropped off was a hard to find rare HP that parts would take awhile, long story short after a few weeks went by my Wife was getting upset and frustrated because of the wait, after calling and addressing our concerns the owner said before he lose a customer he would get it right and make it right because of the long wait for parts, he fixed it by the deadline and when it came to the final nil the owner told me I owe nothing and he’s sorry for the mix up and hope we would use them in the future again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great group of women and Men there.

Definitely the best place in around for Macbook and PC repairs. They are professional and the prices are good. We take all our church computers there and are always happy with the quality of service.
