The fan stopped working on my 3 year old Dell Inspiron Laptop. I called around, and this place was the most budget friendly. You just drop off your gear at the bakery in fayetteville, and the man gets to work. They were knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. They do a lot of work for charity which is great. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! My MacBook Air would not turn on. Fayetteville Tech Repair told me they could repair the motherboard instead of other places saying they would have to replace it, without even checking to see if they could repair it first. The service was done in a day. I highly recommend them! Very honest work!

So I had all the bells and whistles from Best Buy when I bought my second business laptop a dell. A year in tK owning it; it decided to commit suicide! my first move would have been to take it to a local shop; but hey that’s why I got the warranty and total tech membership from Best Buy right. So I took to Best Buy they said two weeks I should have it back because it needed a new mother board so I let them take. Two weeks later they called and said it would be 1500 for data recovery! What heck no send me my laptop back. So I got it back and brought her to Fayetteville tech repair he told he could take care of it no problem and about a week later I had my laptop back it didn’t need a mother board or the data recovered it just needed a resistor on the mother board 250 or soo and I was good to go these guys are great and if I need any thing they will be my first stop I highly recommend them. thanks

I appreciate the professionalism shown. Words cannot express the importance of my work computer! When I realized that my charge port was broken I went into panic mode. I knew there was no way it would hold the charge it currently had throughout the entire work day and worse, I immediately thought of the process of repair and dropping off somewhere was giving me anxiety. I googled computer repair near me and called the first business that popped up. Since they had great ratings I figured I could trust them with my baby! I dropped off my daughter’s gaming laptop that she dropped and broke, it was in pretty bad shape. After dropping off, a few weeks went by and they informed me that the laptop I dropped off was a hard to find rare HP that parts would take awhile, long story short after a few weeks went by my Wife was getting upset and frustrated because of the wait, after calling and addressing our concerns the owner said before he lose a customer he would get it right and make it right because of the long wait for parts, he fixed it by the deadline and when it came to the final nil the owner told me I owe nothing and he’s sorry for the mix up and hope we would use them in the future again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great group of women and Men there.

I recently brought my Lenovo laptop in for a screen and digitizer repair. The person I spoke with was very polite and professional. After looking around fayetteville for months trying to find a reasonable laptop repair shop I finally ran into fayetteville tech repairs I dropped off two laptops here and they fixed them fairly quickly and at a very reasonable price. Wonderful staff kind loving and patient. the owner is amazing my god continue to bless them. I am more then satisfied and I highly recommend them to absolutely anyone in need of tech repairs 🥰

Excellent service, I use these guys for all of my computer repair needs. I was referred to Roderick and his computer repair company by a coworker. He checked my computer out and was very honest about the amount of money required to fix it. The company is very professional and honest. I am happy that he advised me that it would be more practical to just purchase another laptop. I purchased a used laptop from him. We called because our laptops were in serious need of an upgrade. Spoke with Calvin on the phone, he was patient and clear in explaining what was needed. He was able to upgrade our computers and also added software we really needed for our business. They also have a monthly maintenance package that has been a lifesaver.
