30-Day DOA Warranty

A refund or exchange is gladly offered for any item that arrives DOA; item must be in its original received condition and returned via the post office (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to qualify. 15% restocking fee may apply if item being return. Batteries are used consumable products not covered under warranty. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and associated costs. Original shipping will not be refunded for any item returned due to an incorrect address. Every Item that mark “USED” will have a “Security Sticker”, please do not remove it or your 30-day return warranty will be VOID. If the item is sold with label “AS-IS” these items will NOT have any kind of warranty, aka, NO RETURNS.
