It was quite a long wait but I will say this, he kept to his words and fixed my TV afterwards, I would say the wait was quite a pain but I appreciate. I will definitely be returning in future because the job done was Super!!👊🏿👊🏿. I will recommend the business anytime.

Fayetteville Tech Repair was a local spot for me to have my computer serviced. I had a broken hinge and was unable to close my laptop. I was travelling and asked to rush ship the part needed and he did it without a fuss. Although there were a few hiccups along the way I am VERY happy with the work done on my computer. It looks like new and I can work in peace now! lol.Thank you!

This was the only place near Fayetteville that could honestly work on macs. I was blown away with the speed of service, clear pricing, and great communication. They're services were a little pricey. To get my hdmi port on my ps5 fixed they needed 155$ + tax which was expensive to me.But I looked up on Google how much it costs normally. They said 199$ so I guess they're services are at a decent costOther than that I had no issues everything seems to work so far and the guy I meant there was very nice

Location was a bit difficult to find, but the service and experience was Grade A. I had to get a replacement screen for my gaming laptop and the guy only charged me for the replacement screen and installation cost. Great price for overall piece of mind as I feel other places would've ripped me off and charged a bunch of other "fees". The replacement screen only took a couple days to come in (with overnight shipping that is) and the installation took all of about 10 minutes. Definitely will be coming back to this place if I have any more issues. 👍

My laptop which is 10 years old and stopped working due to some corrupted files. I really thought that it was done. Took it to Fayetteville Tech Repair hoping for the best. Rod worked wonders, fixed my laptop, recovered my files and even upgraded me to Windows 11, with a 36 hour turn around! He was staying late to make sure he could get his customers their computers! Amazing! I was so happy with the service and the price! This is my new go to place for computer repairs. BTW they sell computers also, pretty reasonable. Oh and they have a drop off/pick up in Fayetteville as well. A full service business!

Excellent service! I was relieved to learn that my laptop could be repaired and data retrieved without shipping to some data recovery center and paying $400-$500. I was pleased that Fayetteville Tech Repair worked diligently to make sure everything was done right and my device was working properly before returning it to me...and the cost was very reasonable, compared to other shops. I recommend Fayetteville Tech Repair for any computer repair needs. They're friendly folks who really know what they're doing. Thank you Mr. Watkins and staff!
